Bulletin Board

The bulletin board system is a way for you to stay in contact with your staff. When a staff member logs in, any active bulletins will appear for them to review.

Posts you create are viewable by ALL your employees.

Add a Post

To add a new post:

  1. From the main menu.
  2. Click Bulletin Board in the functions group (upper right).
  3. You will see the all the bulletin board posting.



  4. Click new posting to list.



  5. Select the date range for the post.



  6. Type your message in the box. You can use the editor tools on the ribbon.
  7. Click Save.

Edit a Post

To edit an existing post.

  1. From the main menu.
  2. Click Bulletin Board in the functions group (upper right).
  3. You will see the all the bulletin board posting.



  4. Click on the post you want to edit.
  5. Click Edit selected post.



  6. Edit your message.
  7. Click Save.

Delete a Post

To delete an existing post.

  1. From the main menu.
  2. Click Bulletin Board in the functions group (upper right).
  3. You will see the all the bulletin board posting.



  4. Click on the post you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete selected post.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the delete.

Viewing Posts

When an employee logs in, any active bulletin will be display.
