What is a Waiting List

The waiting list system allows you to track customer requests for current and upcoming rental product.

With today's multi-day rental schemes, it is hard to identify when a title will be available. This makes a reservation almost impossible. However, a waiting list overcomes that challenge.

When a title becomes available, the system will alert the customer via text or email [requires Alerion XMT] that the title they requested is ready for pickup. If you do not have Alerion XMT (for the text/email) the system will provide a telephone number for your clerks to use.

If you need email services, we provide an email service specifically for the waiting list interface. Visit www.go-mailer.com

Automation

We have automated many of the steps in the waiting list process:

During returns the system alerts the clerk to pull the title for a customer.
One click and a report will show you what items to pull from the shelve first thing in the morning.
The customer is notified by text/email when their title is available [requires Alerion XMT].
A pull slip is printed when a title is pulled. Shows title, ID number, customer and telephone number.

Centralized

We keep the waiting list information in a central location so you can quickly see what has been pulled and items waiting to be pulled.
